SHIPPING POLICY
**IMPORTANT NOTICE OF POTENTIAL DELAY**
Due to the ongoing outbreak of the Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) which was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization, and as the situation continues to evolve, Somewhere In America (SIA Collective) remains fully committed to pursuing the completion of all orders in a safe, diligent and reasonable manner under the current circumstances. This hereby notice is to inform of the potential delays beyond our control (ie factory production delays, factory shipping delays, factory closures, customs delays at the border, etc) around the globe that may impact the time it takes for purchased products to reach customers. Somewhere In America hereby reserves all rights it may have under our contract and applicable law to protect its legal and commercial interests, including without limitation the right to seek an extension of time on order completions. Please keep records you deem appropriate to confirm any extensions. We assure you that we are constantly evaluating all options in order to minimize the impact of such delays on any and all orders. Your cooperation in minimizing these impacts are appreciated as we continue to work together through this unprecedented event.

Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or canceled. Processing for all orders will take at least 3-5 business days
(excluding Friday, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).
*Please note if we are vending for an event this will delay your ship date. All orders will ship in the order in which they were placed.
Once your order has fully processed you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will contain tracking details for the package. After tracking details are received, please allow at least 24 - 48 hours for updates to be reflected.
Please be advised there may be events out of our control (weather issues, carrier delays, etc.) that can delay delivery. Please know we are working incredibly hard to fulfill your orders and are striving to provide exceptional customer service.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
All orders that are shipped Express are guaranteed to deliver within 1-2 business days. This is the In-Transit Time only and does not include the processing time of 2-3 business days.The rate for express shipping varies depending on the weight of your items. The express shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
ITEMS NOT IN STOCK
We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. Due to the popularity and high demand for our products, some products may go on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS
All pre-orders are estimated to ship on the release date. You will be notified of any delays.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. This includes but is not limited to: correct abbreviations, street numbers, and building or apartment numbers. We are unable to make any changes or additions to an order after it has been placed. We are not responsible for incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
If your package is returned to sender for any reason, the package will be treated as a return and will be processed in a accordance with our return policy. You will be issued a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code. Your store credit will be in the amount of your order total, minus the shipping cost.

RETURN/ REFUND POLICY
All merchandise is considered final sale and is not returnable for refund.
Nevertheless, we want all of our customers to love their purchases and sometimes things are too big or do not compliment our under tones. Don’t worry we understand. In this case, we will honor even exchanges of unworn, unwashed and in new condition merchandise within 15 days of delivery. Original tags ( if applicable) must be attached and intact.
*Please note, we do charge a $10.00 restocking fee which covers your return label. This fee does not cover the reshipment of your requested exchange.

Send an email to dscrtn.xyz@gmail.com so we can create your return label.
Please be prepared to provide your order number and email

Print the generated return label and mail back your exchange back within 5 business days.

Step 4
Once your exchange is received, it will be inspected to ensure no wear or damage has occurred. Once it clears inspection you will be emailed a digital wallet for the amount of your exchange minus the $10.00 restocking/ exchange fee or an invoice for your requested exchange size.
*Please note any merchandise sent back to DSCRTN, LLC without authorization will be at the senders full discretion and destroyed without compensation.

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed through our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment. All orders process within 24- 48 business hours from the time they were placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees through our merchant processor. If you wish to cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee before credit is issued. Shipped orders are not eligible cancellation.
Discount Codes

All discount codes must be input prior to check out. Custom apparel are not eligible for discounts. All eligible requested adjustments will receive the difference in store credit only! Adjustments can only be requested via email (dscrtn.xyz@gmail.com).
Sale items
All sales including Black Friday and Cyber Monday are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged goods
If you have received a damaged Item please contact us at customerservice@zoeticcouture.com within 5 days of delivery. Damaged goods on behalf of DSCRTN will be replaced with a new item (same style and color) at no cost to the customer.
Custom orders
Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
DSCRTN does not take responsibility for items damaged while in transit to the consumer.
